Invitation for Prequalification

CCC Project No: 101642
The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), a Crown corporation owned by the Government of Canada, intends to engage, for the benefit of the Government of Haiti, an entity to provide design and construction services required for the construction of a new national police academy just outside Ganthier, Haiti (Project). This project is being funded solely by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and is considered to be provision of in-kind assistance to a foreign recipient as part of CIDA’s development assistance program. CCC is issuing this Prequalification Document to Applicants interested in submitting a proposal for the requirements as described more fully in Section VI – Project Brief. It is expected that a Request for Proposal (RFP) will follow shortly after this prequalification process is concluded. Only those Applicants who are prequalified by CCC will be invited to submit a proposal.

CCC encourages all Applicants to submit documents electronically. Applications for prequalification should be submitted electronically, in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) to be read by Adobe Reader version 7.0 or above. The recommended font size to be used in completing the Prequalification is Arial 12 points. Applications shall be clearly marked “Application to Prequalify for CCC Project No. 101642 – Design and Construction of the Haiti National Police Academy, Ganthier, Haiti” in the subject line.
