Audit and Financing Mentoring Services in support of the South Sudan DDR Commissions (SSDDRC) funded by the Global Partnership Program of the department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT).

The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), in conjunction DFAIT, solicits your proposal for the associated work & services listed in the Statement of Work under Annex "A" of this Request for Proposal (RFP).

Eligibility of proponents: This RFP is LIMITED to proponents having an office in Sudan or another African Country and must have provided services in Sudan or another African Country, with over 10 years experience, as well as specific experience in an African context, in auditing / capacity building, in low capacity institutions, with their personnel having the ability to live and work in hardship conditions.

Bid closing: January 27th, 2010 no later than 2:00 PM EST
