Bahrain government tenders now included in CCC’s GBOF

February 13, 2023

Ottawa, CANADA – The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) is pleased to announce that Canadian businesses can now search for bid opportunities from the Kingdom of Bahrain (Bahrain) using Canada’s Global Bid Opportunity Finder (GBOF) tool.

Bahrain’s Tender Board works to promote effective and efficient government procurement practices and systems through a strict regulatory mechanism designed to ensure fairness and equal opportunity. The Board works closely with Public Purchasing Authorities and contractors, both domestically and internationally, to guarantee fairness in all government tendering procedures while promoting transparency and competitiveness.

GBOF is an online tool to help Canadian businesses discover tender opportunities offered by foreign governments. The tool does the hard work of aggregating data from multiple governments so Canadian businesses only need to rely on one portal to expand international sales to governments. Canadian businesses can search for opportunities on GBOF in both English and French – regardless of language it was posted in.

GBOF is free to use for Canadian businesses. Once users create an account, they can setup filters for email notifications when new bid opportunities match your interests. To register for your free GBOF account, visit www.gbof.ca/en/.
