Because\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccc.ca\/en\/services\/prime-contractor-us\/\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. DoD\u00a0procurement<\/a>\u00a0is complex and decentralized, there are a few places you need to upload information about your company and products or services. You\u2019ll also have to apply for a few important registration numbers so buyers can\u00a0buy\u00a0from you.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Getting the details right will make your interactions with the U.S. DoD as smooth as possible, so we recommend giving yourself\u00a0enough\u00a0time to do the following carefully,\u00a0and in order:<\/span><span Federal Supply Class or Service (FSC\/SVC) codes, the Product Service Codes (PSCs) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for your products, services or industry in which your href=\"https:\/\/www.dla.mil\/Working-With-DLA\/Federal-and-International-Cataloging\/H2\/\"><strong>Federal Supply Classification (FSC) Directory<\/strong><\/a> from the Defense Logistics Agency<\/li><li>Click the <strong>search <\/strong>option link under the subtitle \u2018H2 FSC Directory\u2019<\/li><li>From the FSC search bar (the second search bar), find your product category and click <b>search<\/b>.<br \/>OR<br \/>From the keyword search bar (third search bar) manually enter your product category and click <b>search<\/b>.<\/li><li style=\"padding-top: 10px;\">Your Federal href=\"https:\/\/www.acquisition.gov\/psc-manual\">Acquisition.gov<\/a><\/strong> webpage, click the latest PSC Excel document<\/li><li>From the Excel file, you can sort your products &amp; services alphabetically by name.<ul><li>To sort your list, click the arrow on the right side of the \u201cproduct and service code name\u201d cell.<\/li><li>Select the \u201cSort A-Z option.\u201d<\/li><li style=\"padding-top: 10px;\">Find you product name<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"padding-top: 10px;\">Your PSC code will be identified on the same row in the \u201cPSC CODE\u201d your screen.<\/li><li>From the search results, click the NAICS code or codes that best matches your product or service.<\/li><li>Your code will give you a brief description of the industry and some NAICS code of potentially related industries.<\/li><\/ol><div><p>Timeframe: Minutes. code<\/b><\/h4><p>The NCAGE Code (for foreign vendors) is required for registering in SAM.<\/p><ol><li>Check to see if a NCAGE code is already assigned to the company by searching with the NSPA using the<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/eportal.nspa.nato.int\/Codification\/CageTool\/home\">NCAGE Code Request Tool<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li><li>If the search does not result in a match to an existing NCAGE code, complete the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Request-for-NCAGE-Code-Mar2025.pdf\">Request for Assignment of NCAGE form<\/a><\/strong> and email to CCC at <a href=\"mailto:NCage@ccc.ca\">NCage@ccc.ca<\/a>.<\/li><li>CCC will review the request and forward to DND for NCAGE assignment.<\/li><li>When the NCAGE code is assigned, an email will be sent to the entity point of contact in the NCAGE Request. Follow the instructions in the email including validating your NCAGE and the timeframe to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sam.gov\">http:\/\/www.sam.gov<\/a>).<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2472357 spaced-list elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2472357\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><b>Validate your NCAGE code<\/b><\/h4><ol><li>The new NCAGE code information can be validated by logging into the the NATO Support and Procurement Agency<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/eportal.nspa.nato.int\/AC135Public\/default.aspx\">(NSPA) web portal<\/a>.<\/strong><ul><li>Click on the tab labelled CAGE\/NCAGE Code Request.<\/li><li>Enter the NCAGE code in the first screen, then click Enter.<\/li><li>At the bottom of the screen, a Results box will display.
