Our service also reduces contract administration effort, provides assurance of value for money, and delivers a guarantee of contract we connect a U.S. DoD buyer to a Canadian company, we\u2019re upholding Canada\u2019s treaty obligations under the<em>\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/defence-production-sharing-agreement-en.pdf\">Canada-U.S. Defence Production Sharing Agreement (DPSA)<\/a>\u00a0which establishes Canada as a trusted acquisition partner.\u00a0We are also embedded in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acquisition.gov\/dfars\/225.870-contracting-canadian-contractors.\">U.S Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 225.870 (DFARS)\u00a0<\/a>to act as the prime contractor for U.S. DoD contracts greater than USD
