My name is\u00a0Bobby Kwon\u00a0and I\u2019m pleased to serve as CCC\u2019s\u00a0President\u00a0and\u00a0Chief\u00a0Executive\u00a0Officer.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

[Results]<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/p>

CCC\u00a0delivered another\u00a0record year for Canadians\u00a0in\u00a02024\u201325\u00a0\u2014\u00a0testament to a clear strategic corporate vision and\u00a0strong relationships with Canadian\u00a0exporters.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We continued to take decisive steps\u00a0throughout the year\u00a0to fulfill the objectives\u00a0set out in our long-term\u00a0Corporate Plan.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Corporation facilitates exports from diverse sectors to deliver economic benefits to Canadian businesses and their employees through\u00a0both\u00a0international\u00a0sales\u00a0and by creating and maintaining Canadian jobs.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 2024\u201325,\u00a0CCC signed\u00a0<\/span>$6.1\u00a0billion<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>in new government to government export contracts\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u2014\u00a0almost\u00a0double the value of contracts signed the year prior\u00a0and\u00a060%\u00a0over our\u00a0Corporate Plan target.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

These\u00a0results were years in the making and demonstrate our ability to sustain momentum\u00a0in the long term to deliver results for Canadians.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CCC\u00a0was\u00a0active in\u00a074\u00a0countries worldwide\u00a0and we supported exports of goods and services valued\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span>$2.8\u00a0billion.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our efforts<\/span>\u00a0supported\u00a0more than 1,200\u00a0Canadian businesses<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and helped create or sustain\u00a0more than 12,000\u00a0jobs in Canada.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

[<\/span><\/b>Results of three business lines<\/span><\/i><\/b>]<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

These contracts were signed across our three business lines: the\u00a0Canada-U.S.\u00a0Defence Production Sharing Agreement, Sourcing, and\u00a0International Prime Contracting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The administration of\u00a0the Defence Production Sharing Agreement, known as the\u00a0DPSA,\u00a0remains\u00a0CCC\u2019s core business and\u00a0<\/span>raison d\u2019\u00eatre.\u00a0<\/span><\/i>As Canada\u2019s steward of the DPSA, we remain committed to our core mandate: enabling Canadian businesses\u00a0to access opportunities with the United States Department of Defense,\u00a0now known as the Department of War,\u00a0the world\u2019s largest defense market.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The DPSA\u00a0has been\u00a0a cornerstone of Canada-U.S. defence\u00a0trade and\u00a0cooperation\u00a0since 1956. The Agreement\u00a0enshrines Canadian industry\u00a0as part of the U.S. domestic military supply base\u00a0so that\u00a0Canadian exporters\u00a0may\u00a0compete\u00a0on equal footing with U.S.-based suppliers\u00a0to sell goods and services to the U.S. DoD.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 2024\u201325 alone, we signed\u00a0<\/span>$2.1 billion\u00a0in\u00a0new\u00a0DPSA\u00a0export contracts<\/span><\/b>\u00a0for Canadian exporters<\/span>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0a\u00a093%\u00a0increase\u00a0over the previous year.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For every dollar of\u00a0our $13.8 million\u00a0parliamentary appropriation,\u00a0we delivered\u00a0$150\u00a0in signed\u00a0contracts.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This\u00a0exceptional growth and return on\u00a0investment reflect CCC\u2019s proactive outreach and engagement\u00a0to\u00a0strengthen\u00a0collaboration with Canadian exporters,\u00a0raise\u00a0awareness of the DPSA across the U.S. DoD, and\u00a0open\u00a0new and diverse areas of Canadian supply to meet evolving defence needs.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CCC\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>Sourcing\u00a0business line\u00a0has become a critical capability in Canada\u2019s\u00a0procurement\u00a0toolkit.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Through Sourcing, CCC delivers procurement\u00a0expertise and responds to\u00a0urgent\u00a0requirements\u00a0across the federal government, supporting\u00a0international aid\u00a0and\u00a0assistance programs\u00a0with speed and precision to help Canada act decisively when the world needs us most.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Sourcing operates under a full-cost recovery model under\u00a0memoranda of understanding\u00a0with federal departments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CCC has been supporting Canada\u2019s aid to Ukraine since the onset of Russia\u2019s illegal invasion in 2022.\u00a0With demand growing,\u00a0we\u00a0signed\u00a0$1.3 billion\u00a0in Sourcing contracts\u00a0this year\u00a0\u2014 five times more than the previous year.\u00a0As\u00a0Canada looks\u00a0towards\u00a0supporting Ukraine in long-term reconstruction efforts, we expect this\u00a0growth\u00a0to\u00a0continue.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our\u00a0International Prime Contractor\u00a0business line, or\u00a0IPC,\u00a0continues to be a strategic driver\u00a0of\u00a0Canadian export diversification and growth.\u00a0Where appropriate,\u00a0IPC enables\u00a0government-to-government contracting in sectors of national importance\u00a0where trust, reliability, and\u00a0assurance\u00a0of contract performance\u00a0matter most.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Backed by the Government of Canada, we provide foreign governments with\u00a0Canadian goods and expertise to meet their\u00a0priority\u00a0needs, with a\u00a0focus on establishing G2G contracts\u00a0in aerospace;\u00a0defence and security; nuclear energy; clean energy solutions; infrastructure\u00a0and agriculture\u00a0\u2014\u00a0sectors\u00a0where\u00a0Canada\u00a0has\u00a0competitive strengths\u00a0and\u00a0that are\u00a0critical to\u00a0our\u00a0country\u2019s\u00a0economic future.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In 2024\u201325,\u00a0<\/span>CCC signed\u00a0$2.7 billion\u00a0in new IPC export contracts<\/span><\/b>, supporting Canadian companies in markets around the world.\u00a0<\/span>CCC advocates on behalf of Canadian businesses to secure the right terms and conditions\u00a0for success, to help them\u00a0manage risk, and\u00a0to\u00a0navigate complex foreign procurement systems.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Every IPC contract is underpinned\u00a0by\u00a0rigorous risk management\u00a0and due diligence, ensuring compliance with Canada\u2019s\u00a0high standards\u00a0for human rights and responsible business practices.\u00a0This is how we deliver value\u00a0\u2014 not just for Canadian exporters, but for Canada\u2019s reputation as a trusted global partner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

[<\/span><\/b>Collaborating with Team Canada<\/span><\/i><\/b>]<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CCC\u00a0also\u00a0continued\u00a0its close collaboration\u00a0with partners\u00a0across the trade portfolio. We participated in several Team Canada\u00a0trade missions to the Indo-Pacific\u00a0and, as part of Team Canada\u2019s\u00a0Business, Economic and Trade Recovery team, we\u00a0took\u00a0a leadership role\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0creation of an\u00a0Early Project Support Program.\u00a0For example,\u00a0this\u00a0program\u00a0supports cleantech\u00a0feasibility\u00a0and bankability\u00a0studies\u00a0in\u00a0Indonesia\u00a0\u2014 a\u00a0critical\u00a0step\u00a0in supporting\u00a0Canada\u2019s goals\u00a0to pursue\u00a0meaningful opportunities in the infrastructure and clean energy sectors in Indonesia and elsewhere.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

[Operationalizing excellence]<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Operational excellence remains central to CCC\u2019s mandate. Over the past five years,\u00a0our ongoing cost-reduction efforts lowered administrative overhead\u00a0by almost 50%\u00a0\u2014\u00a0clearly\u00a0demonstrating\u00a0our commitment\u00a0to efficiency and value for Canada.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This year,\u00a0we\u00a0re-engineered key\u00a0business processes,\u00a0streamlined\u00a0technology\u00a0platforms, and strengthened our\u00a0cybersecurity\u00a0posture.\u00a0We\u00a0also<\/span>\u00a0launched\u00a0CCC\u2019s data strategy \u2014 a foundational\u00a0element of\u00a0our business strategy\u00a0that will\u00a0enable better\u00a0data architecture\u00a0and insights\u00a0to drive\u00a0analytics and\u00a0decision-making.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We\u00a0moved\u00a0into new offices\u00a0in 2024 that were\u00a0designed to\u00a0consolidate space\u00a0and\u00a0reduce our environmental footprint. Every\u00a0detail was considered to create\u00a0a\u00a0fully accessible and inclusive environment.\u00a0To recognize\u00a0the office\u2019s location\u00a0on unceded territory, each of\u00a0our\u00a0conference rooms and meeting spaces\u00a0carries\u00a0names\u00a0in\u00a0[<\/span>Ah-nish-nah-bay-moh-win<\/span><\/i><\/b>]<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>Anishnaabemowin<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0alongside\u00a0English and French.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

People are\u00a0our greatest asset\u00a0at CCC\u00a0and we\u00a0are focused on\u00a0building a results-oriented, diverse, and engaged\u00a0workforce to support Canada\u2019s exporters.\u00a0We\u00a0advanced\u00a0our\u00a0HR strategy\u00a0this year\u00a0with a new onboarding program, expanded skills development opportunities, and\u00a0signed a new\u00a0four-year collective bargaining agreement that reflects the value we place on our\u00a0employees.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
