Bien que les deux soient des m\u00e9canismes de gouvernement \u00e0 gouvernement (<abbr>G\u00e0G<\/abbr>), ils diff\u00e8rent consid\u00e9rablement sur le plan de la port\u00e9e, de la flexibilit\u00e9, de la rapidit\u00e9, de la supervision et de l\u2019\u00e9ventail des secteurs qu\u2019ils soutiennent.
