CCC is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for the affairs of the Corporation and ensuring the proper delivery of public policy on behalf of the Government of Canada. The Board provides leadership and guidance to the Corporation's management team, and sets the Corporation's strategic direction. It is composed of a Chairperson, the President, and nine directors appointed by the Minister of International Trade and approved by the Governor-in-Council.
